Unexpected Features

Today I feel inspired by unexpected features in garments. When designing bags I always seek to add design details that are unexpected and distinct in order to set my pieces apart. Here are some interesting construction elements that have me sketching away...

Fourth of July Fête

Can't believe the 4th is almost here already. I feel like I just took down my Christmas decorations... Anyways, my inspiration board for throwing the perfect patriotic party consists of: thick striped table clothes, frozen berry cocktail stirrers, patriotic candy favors, big white peonies for the table, and sparklers of course. Dreaming of the Beach

This rain has got to go! Tan is fading and so is my spirit... Here's a beachy mood board to brighten your day! It also has served as a motivation for me go to the gym ;)

I just returned from a family trip to Israel, Greece, Italy, Croatia, and Turkey... I felt very inspired by the architecture and structures in each country, a mix of ancient and modern. Here are some snapshots I took along the way...

Heading to Israel tomorrow to see the homeland and then spending a week bopping around the Mediterranean with the family. I feel like I live on an airplane, NYC I miss you. Be back in 2 weeks! XO
